How long will it take to major in finance?

After you transfer, it usually takes about 2 more years to finish up your degree.
However, if you are planning on a double major, it might take quite a bit longer, it all depends on if you are able to get the classes you need.
I know many of the required classes at the CSU’s are impacted, so it might be difficult.
