The only problem is…you’re still on the hook for the other 20%. But you can pay that down slowly over time with small payments.

You can ask the dealer to take the bike back & they will but it will cost you a lot of money & ruin your credit as well. The same goes for letting them come get the bike but that is worse. You can try to resell the bike but you will only get a small amount of what it is worth as it is now used.
